The opportunity

A growing European fashion house is appointing a Store Manager for its Dallas boutique. The market has become increasingly important to the brand, with strong local demand and meaningful opportunity to deepen community relationships.

This role will suit an entrepreneurial luxury leader who enjoys building. You will inherit a solid foundation but will be expected to raise visibility, strengthen the team, and make the boutique more connected to its local market.

What you will be responsible for

• Own the commercial and operational performance of the boutique
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-quality team
• Build relationships with local clients, stylists, and community partners
• Drive appointments, events, and repeat business
• Maintain strong control of payroll, inventory, and standards
