The opportunity

On Worth Avenue, a long-established multi-brand womenswear boutique has spent years earning the loyalty of a demanding, seasonal clientele — the kind of client who arrives for the season, knows exactly which designers she wants edited for her, and expects to be remembered by name. The boutique carries a tightly curated designer edit and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead it through its busiest months.

You are the Store Manager's right hand and the floor's steady center of gravity. When the season is in full swing and the boutique is full of regulars, you keep the team sharp, the service seamless and the client experience exactly as polished as the clothes on the rail.

What you will be responsible for

• Lead the floor day to day — deployment, daily briefs and in-the-moment coaching
• Support scheduling, onboarding and performance conversations
• Drive conversion, average transaction value and client capture through the season's peaks
• Uphold the standards a curated multi-brand edit demands, from merchandising to fitting-room ritual
• Step into full store leadership when the Manager is away

What we are looking for

• A floor leader with warmth and backbone who thrives in the intensity of a Palm Beach season
• Able to coach without hovering
• Fluent in the craft of multi-brand selling — knowing which designer to reach for, for which client, at which moment
• Luxury or premium retail management experience
• The poise to deal with a discerning, relationship-driven clientele
