Employer and Client Hiring Requests

Employer and client hiring requests are retained while the assignment remains active, or for as long as necessary to manage the relationship, respond to the request, or meet legal or contractual obligations.

Deletion Requests

We will honor deletion requests unless we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information, such as where retention is necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

Because Luxury Recruiter does not maintain a permanent candidate database and deletes candidate applications on a short cycle, some information may already have been deleted by the time a request is received.
