The opportunity

We are representing a multi-brand luxury department store at the heart of Dubai's Fashion Avenue — a curated edit of international ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories under one roof, serving a clientele that ranges from Dubai residents with a standing appointment to visitors budgeting a single, considered purchase. The store is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its floor.

This is a player-coach mandate on one of the busiest luxury floors in the region. You will lead a team of 10 to 20 advisors across multiple brand corners, carry your own key client relationships, and hold the standard on a floor that sees serious volume every day of the week, not just in season. The best candidates move fluently between coaching a junior advisor and personally closing with a regular who expects to be remembered.

What you will be responsible for

• Lead the sales team across multiple brand corners — coaching, scheduling and daily commercial focus
• Carry a personal book of key clients and handle high-value transactions personally
• Drive conversion, average transaction value and client capture across a high-traffic floor
• Build clienteling discipline across the team: outreach, follow-up and repeat-visit development
• Partner with individual brand corners on stock, merchandising and launch moments
• Uphold service standards for an international, multilingual clientele

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in luxury multi-brand retail management
• A strong client book across Dubai's resident, GCC and international visitor base
• Experience leading a team of 10+ across a fast-moving, high-volume floor
• Department store or duty-free background a plus
• Fluent English required; Arabic and a second language a strong advantage
