The opportunity
Today, we are bringing to market a standout leadership opportunity with one of Europe’s most established fashion houses. The brand is known for exceptional craftsmanship, a strong leather-goods heritage, and a highly loyal international clientele. Its Miami flagship is a visible, high-volume location and a key expression of the house in the U.S. market.
The Store Manager will take full ownership of the boutique, from commercial performance and client experience to people development and operational discipline. This is not a desk-led role. The successful candidate will be present on the floor, close to the client, and able to move comfortably between strategic planning, daily coaching, and decisive execution.
What you will be responsible for
- Set the commercial direction of the boutique and translate annual goals into clear weekly and daily priorities
- Lead, coach, and retain a layered management and sales team while building a strong succession pipeline
- Personally support top-client relationships, private appointments, and key local events
- Maintain exacting standards across visual presentation, stock, loss prevention, payroll, and service rituals
- Use CRM, traffic, conversion, and productivity data to identify opportunities and improve performance
What we are looking for
- A proven luxury retail leader with experience running a flagship, high-volume boutique, or complex premium environment
- Commercially sharp and comfortable owning a full business, not simply managing a floor
- Visible, credible, and emotionally intelligent with the ability to lead experienced luxury talent
- Strong knowledge of Miami’s local and international client base
- Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
