The opportunity
We are supporting a prestigious Swiss maison with the appointment of a Boutique Manager for one of its Manhattan locations. The business combines fine jewelry, timepieces, and exceptional client service within a highly established global network.
This role requires a leader who can protect the intimacy of a boutique while running it with real commercial rigor. You will own the business, develop a specialist team, and remain personally connected to the store’s most important relationships.
What you will be responsible for
- Own the boutique P&L, annual plan, and local commercial strategy
- Develop team capability across jewelry, watches, and clienteling
- Maintain direct relationships with top clients and collectors
- Lead events, partnerships, and local business development
- Ensure complete operational, security, and compliance discipline
What we are looking for
- Senior management experience in luxury jewelry, watches, or a comparable high-value category
- Strong Manhattan market knowledge
- Confident with both commercial analysis and private-client engagement
- Able to lead experienced specialists with credibility
- Highly discreet, composed, and detail-oriented
