The opportunity
We are working with a modern luxury accessories brand whose Miami business has continued to grow. The boutique is fast-paced, highly client-facing, and known for a young, style-conscious customer alongside established luxury shoppers.
The Assistant Store Manager will be the Store Manager’s operational and commercial partner. You will lead the floor, coach in the moment, protect standards, and keep the team focused when trade is busy.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead floor deployment, daily briefs, and real-time coaching
- Support scheduling, payroll control, onboarding, and performance conversations
- Drive conversion, average transaction value, and client capture
- Maintain visual, stock, and operational standards
- Step into full store leadership when the Store Manager is away
What we are looking for
- Previous assistant manager or strong supervisor experience in luxury or premium retail
- Confident giving feedback and setting expectations
- Commercially aware and comfortable reading KPIs
- Organized, calm, and highly visible on the floor
- Strong service instincts with an inclusive leadership style
