The opportunity

We are representing a respected Swiss watchmaker with a strong collector following and a long-established Manhattan presence. The boutique is looking for a Senior Watch Advisor who can speak to both experienced enthusiasts and clients entering fine watchmaking for the first time.

This is a consultative sales role built around trust, product knowledge, and long-term relationship development. The right person will be curious, commercially disciplined, and comfortable making complex products feel accessible.

What you will be responsible for

• Conduct private and walk-in consultations
• Explain movements, complications, materials, and heritage clearly
• Develop collector, referral, and repeat business
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and after-sales follow-up
• Support launches and collector events

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in luxury watches or fine jewelry
• Strong product curiosity and a willingness to continue learning
• Comfortable with collectors without becoming overly technical
• Excellent CRM and follow-up discipline
• Professional, credible, and patient
