A multi-brand fine jewelry luxury retailer on Worth Avenue

The opportunity

We are representing a multi-brand fine jewelry retailer on Worth Avenue — not a single house, but a curator of several of the great jewelry names under one discreet roof, serving a private, high-net-worth clientele for whom a visit is as much a social call as a transaction. The retailer is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its floor and its team.

This is a player-coach mandate. You will carry your own important client relationships and high-value sales while leading, developing and holding the standard for a team of advisors. It asks for someone equally at ease closing a six-figure sale with total discretion and coaching a junior advisor through their first serious clienteling.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead the sales team — coaching, scheduling, standards and daily commercial focus
  • Carry a personal book of high-value clients and personally handle key transactions
  • Build clienteling discipline across the team: outreach, follow-up, milestone and collection building
  • Partner with ownership on events, trunk shows and vendor relationships across the represented houses
  • Uphold discretion, accuracy and security around high-value inventory and transactions

What we are looking for

  • A leader who can still sell, and sell at the top
  • The discretion high-value jewelry demands
  • Someone who develops people rather than simply managing them
  • In a multi-brand room, the judgment to match the right client to the right house rather than push what is easiest
  • Fine jewelry, high jewelry or watch experience is essential

What the opportunity offers

  • A rare multi-house selling environment with real product depth
  • Negotiable base plus a commission structure built for high performers
  • The standing of leading on Worth Avenue
