The opportunity

A major Italian fashion powerhouse is strengthening its Miami team and is looking for an accomplished Senior Client Advisor. The house combines ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, and accessories and has built a strong local following among both established and emerging luxury clients.

The role is ideal for someone who knows how to create momentum without making the client feel managed. You will style across categories, cultivate repeat business, and contribute to a polished, commercially focused boutique culture.

What you will be responsible for

• Deliver a complete styling and selling experience across categories
• Build repeat business through relevant and personal outreach
• Manage appointments, reservations, and follow-up with precision
• Support launches, private events, and seasonal client moments
• Act as a positive commercial example for more junior advisors

What we are looking for

• At least three years of strong luxury fashion selling experience
• A genuine eye for styling and an ability to tell a product story naturally
• Evidence of building and maintaining a client book
• Reliable CRM habits and strong follow-through
• Confident working with a diverse international clientele
