Client Development Manager

The opportunity
We are working with a global luxury accessories house on a newly strengthened client-development role in Las Vegas. The boutique serves a highly international, event-driven, and destination-led customer base.
The Client Development Manager will turn customer data into meaningful relationships. You will set the outreach strategy, coach the team, and create reasons for top clients to return beyond the immediate transaction.
What you will be responsible for
- Create the boutique’s annual client-development plan
- Segment and activate local, tourist, and top-tier client groups
- Coach advisors on outreach quality and appointment conversion
- Develop private events and strategic partnerships
- Track retention, reactivation, and appointment performance
What we are looking for
- Luxury client development, CRM, events, or senior sales experience
- Strong analytical discipline paired with excellent social instincts
- Comfortable coaching a diverse sales team
- Knowledge of Las Vegas hospitality and luxury networks
- Highly organized and commercially creative
