The opportunity
A British fashion house — one of those names that manages to be heritage and slightly rebellious at the same time — is deepening its footprint across the American Southwest. Its stores are theatrical, its windows are talked about, and it is looking for someone to carry that visual language across a growing group of doors from a Los Angeles base.
This is a regional merchandising mandate, not a single-store role. You will be based in Los Angeles and work hybrid, but the Southwest is your patch: you translate the global creative direction into what a client actually sees when they walk into a door in Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Dallas or Houston — and you get on a plane when a launch demands it.
What you will be responsible for
- Roll out seasonal visual guidelines across Southwest doors, adapting global direction to each store's architecture and clientele
- Own windows, floor sets and launch installations across the region
- Coach store teams on visual standards so they hold between your visits
- Partner with regional retail leadership on product density, storytelling and commercial priorities
- Travel across the region for resets, openings and key brand moments
What we are looking for
- Someone with an eye and a system — able to make a window stop traffic and run a multi-door rollout without dropping a detail
- Happy living out of a carry-on during launch season
- Credible in front of both a creative director and a store team
- Quietly obsessed with the gap between how a floor looks in the deck and how it looks in real life
- Multi-door or regional visual merchandising experience in premium or luxury fashion
What the opportunity offers
- A visible regional role with a brand people have opinions about
- Competitive base salary, bonus and benefits
- The autonomy to own the look of an entire region
